Donation Terms

We reserve the right to accept or decline your donation and the right to not
post your name on our site. If we decide to not post your name we will return
your donation at your request. Names will be posted approximately one week of
receiving. |

Money raised will help speed up the delivery on many of the cool programs we
want to provide you, and the list is long. We have a vision on what the total
golf experience should be, and with your support we can make it happen.

Rating Notice
|
| www.irongolfer.com has the right to accept or decline entries or content
submissions at any time. Ratings are evaluated for relevance and content. Not
all submissions will be posted. If accepted, it will take at least one week for
your rating to appear on the site.

Beverage Babe Notice
|
| We only post pictures and related content for Beverage Babes who are over the
age of 19. We also obtain permission from Beverage Babes to post pictures and
related content prior to posting on this website. Some Beverage Babes may be
hired models used for various promotions and/or content fillers.

Advertising Notice
|
www.irongolfer.com has the right to accept, decline, or remove Advertisements
or content submissions at any time. Advertisements are evaluated for relevance,
content, and usability. Not all Advertisement requests will be accepted. If
accepted, it will take at approximately one week for the Advertisement to
appear on the site.
Iron Golfer reserves the right to change our Advertisement Policy or process at
any time without prior notice.
Advertisers will be charged each month. A minimum 6-month commitment is

| Iron Golfer will try to only post reputable and relevant Sponsors/Advertisers
on this site. It is impossible for us to analyze in detail every
Sponsor/Advertiser. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for transactions or any
business between you and the Sponsors/Advertisers. Use these
Sponsors/Advertisers at your own risk. Please investigate Sponsors/Advertisers
or their products/services prior to using.

Advertising Policy

| 1.IronGolfer.com has sole discretion for determining the types of
Advertising and Promotion that will be accepted and displayed on the
IronGolfer.com Site, and under no circumstances shall IronGolfer.com's
acceptance of any Advertisement be considered an endorsement of the
product(s) and/or service(s) advertised or for the company that
manufactures, distributes, or promotes such product(s) or service(s).

| 2.IronGolfer.com will not accept Advertising that, in IronGolfer.com's
opinion, is not factually accurate and in good taste. IronGolfer.com will
not permit at any time the placement of any Advertising for illegal or
objectionable products. Advertising must not contain fraudulent, deceptive,
or offensive material, including material that misrepresents, ridicules, or
attacks an individual or group on the basis of age, color, national origin,
race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or handicap.

| 3.Advertising must not be related to any of the following: firearms,
ammunition, fireworks, or the simulation of news or an emergency.

| 4.Advertisers must only offer products or services, which are readily
available for purchase at the advertised price (with noted tax and delivery
fees). The Advertising must also clearly identify the advertiser. Any
Advertising that could be misconstrued as editorial content will be clearly
labeled as Advertising.

| 5.IronGolfer.com recognizes and maintains a distinct separation between
Advertising content and editorial and decision-making content. All
Advertising content on the IronGolfer.com Site shall be clearly and
unambiguously identified as such, and IronGolfer.com will not run any
Advertising on the IronGolfer.com Site which is not so identified.
Additionally, IronGolfer.com retains the right to dictate the form and
substance of all editorial content appearing on the IronGolfer.com Site.

| 6.IronGolfer.com retains the exclusive right to determine the way in which
any and all search results for specific information by keyword or topic are
displayed on the IronGolfer.com Site. IronGolfer.com may display search
results based on monetary incentives provided by Advertisers.

| 7.IronGolfer.com reserves the right to reject, cancel, or remove at any
time any Advertising from the IronGolfer.com Site for any reason and will
provide prompt notice to the advertiser upon rejection, cancellation, or
removal of any Advertising, together with an explanation following the
rejection, cancellation, or removal. IronGolfer.com also reserves the right
to determine the appropriate placement of the Advertising on the
IronGolfer.com Site.

| 8.It is the responsibility of the Advertiser to comply with all applicable
domestic and foreign laws, including applicable laws and regulations of
regulatory bodies. IronGolfer.com will not monitor compliance with
applicable laws and regulations. However, IronGolfer.com reserves the right
to review all Advertising for compliance with applicable laws and
regulations and, if IronGolfer.com becomes aware of any breach or potential
breach of any applicable law or regulation or of these guidelines,
IronGolfer.com may remove the Advertising.

| 9.No Advertising shall be permitted which may injure the good name or
reputation of IronGolfer.com or the IronGolfer.com Site.

irongolfer.com has the right to accept or decline Movie Clips or content submissions at any time. Movie Clips are evaluated for relevance, content, and usability. Not all Movie Clips will be accepted or posted. If accepted, it will take at approximately one week for Movie Clips to appear on the site.
Send your clips to IGTV@irongolfer.com. Include your first name, city and state, a title of the clip, and a brief description (one or two sentences).
Iron Golfer reserves the right to change our IGTV Policy or process regarding Movie Clips at any time without prior notice. |
